Bord Pleanala Decision On Ringaskiddy Incinerator To Be Delayed

Bord Pleanala's decision on the Ringaskiddy Incinerator, which was originally due by tomorrow, 30th October 2009, will be delayed.

The presiding Inspector is still preparing her report, and according to An Bord Pleanala (this morning responding to telehpone query), a new date has not yet been set, and a decision will be "at least another 4-6 weeks, though it could be months".
