INCINERATOR CASE TO BE DISCUSSED ON 27 OCTOBER
 
 
The Application to the High Court by 11 Cork Harbour Residents and Ringaskiddy Residents Association to take a case against An Bord Pleanala, The State and The Attorney General regarding the decision to grant planning for a 100,000 Hazardous Waste Incinerator has finally progressed.
 
After its seventh appearance on the list for mention, a date for hearing the cases of An Bord Pleanala, The State and The Attorney General to present their case outlining why the case should not proceed, has finally been granted.
 
The defending parties will present such arguments on 27th October, 2004.  CHASE is pleased to see the application progress.
