Irish Examiner - Monday, April 18, 2005 I AM deeply concerned about the proposed plans for an incinerator at Ringaskiddy in Cork harbour. The incinerator chimneys will emit ‘safe levels’ of dioxins, but I think the only safe level is zero. It is proven that these dioxins are deadly and can cause cancer and breathing difficulties. Please make people aware of the dangers and let’s say ‘no’ to this project. Eanna O’Neill
